Cozy. Nice indoor pool. Stress free when you plan to have an outing. No need to bring utensils and stuff. Everything is available at the resort. Superb Civet coffee. The only place where you can have a truly refreshing and great tasting coffee in town.
definitely recommend this resort because the staffs are very accomodating, a lot of pools to choose from, all amenities are in goof working condition, many CRs available, they have a pool for pets, they allowed us to use their plates and cups for free!
The best thing about this place is the excellent customer service. The staff are cool, friendly, accommodating, and awesome. You can order cooked food until 11pm only but you can order drinks anytime. The food is great and you can also buy spices and cook your own food. The breakfast meal is a must-try. We loved the place. We missing it from the time we got home until now. Room ambiance was cozy, indoor pools were great, both for kids and adults. Food was great, especially the complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
I would have given a 4 star rating but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The food was delicious. The room we have stayed in was spotless clean and spacious. The sea side though have foul smell during our stay so we only swim in the pool. The place is secured.
The staff are so accommodating. Very kind. Especially that one girl from the cashier on night shift. They have almost everything you need. You just need to ask them 😁 Their family rooms are spacious, nice and affordable. One of Recommended resort so far.

Affordable, great value, fun. Pools filled with fresh water. No chemicals. As the water comes straight off the mountain and through the pools. Can be enjoyed in all weather, even in the pouring rain. Bring BBQ food, everything is available on site to cook at exceedingly low rates of rental. I highly recommend Balikbayan as I have been going there for years and years.
