We had a great experience at Hotel 518 during our recent stay in Cabanatuan. We rented a room since we are having an Ayala Land local event, and the hotel provided exactly what we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a convenient place to rest after a full day of activities. The staff Leah was helpful, accommodating and easy to coordinate with, which made our stay smooth and hassle…

We stayed here for 3 nights, Pros: good location, neat and decent room with blankets, cold aircon, room fragrance. Cons: Low water pressure, thin walls, you can here the person talking inside the room when you are in the hallway, and limited parking space (first come, first serve) Overall, we have a pleasant stay.
The hotel is pretty much new and with character. Staff are helpful and prompt and even carried our luggages upstairs. We came early evening and finding the location of the hotel is a bit doubting as it’s premises is inside an old timer subdivision outside Cabanatuan center city. Roads leading to the hotel are not well lighted, which is not hotel’s fault but I expect a well lighted business facade, at least. We persi…
Not ideal if you're sensitive to noise, as a Superclub is nearby. But everything else is great! The staff are very helpful and welcoming.
Comfortable stay with friendly staff. The room was cozy, and I had a great night’s sleep despite the thin walls—I could hear some snoring from the neighboring room. The only downside was the low water pressure, which made my shower take about 10 minutes longer than usual. Overall, a pleasant experience, but improving the water pressure would make it even better.
The location is awful. It's few houses away from a Superclub and you can hear the loud music inside the rooms. If you're looking for a good night sleep, this is not the place. Staff and owner are really kind though. They are easy to talk with and are very accomodating. The superclub nearby really just ruined the experience
**Highly Recommended!** I’ve been traveling to Cabanatuan on a weekly basis for work over the past few months, and I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area. By far, this is the best hotel I’ve experienced. The rooms are brand new, very clean, and well-maintained. The ambiance is relaxing, and I’ve had some of my best nights’ sleep here. The staff is also friendly and attentive, making it an overall great experience…
The hotel is like Home-friendly, very comfortable and you can sleep pretty after a long hours of work. The staff is very friendly including sir oliver. The ambiance is similar to province which you can hear many birds chirping outside the window. Highly recommended Hotel.
