Agua Villa Resort

The place is nice but not well-kept. It can accommodate 15-25 people but had just a few blankets and two comfort rooms. Karaoke machine is old and hardly works. We had to ask for help to get it fixed, so we didn't get to enjoy it entirely.

The scenery here during sunset is breathtaking but everything else here is a fail. Swimming pool is dirty. The indoor space of the house is really small. The air-conditioning in the rooms are so weak that it fails to cover the entirety of the cramped rooms. TV is old and useless. I loved our overnight stay at this place. We went there towards the end of the pandemic. There were three rooms with ACs and a help outside the house if you ask for it. The only problem with this place is the parking. We brought our own food to cook. They have working frigerators, water dispensers, and microwave to use.

Just got home from our Agua Villa experience and it was as I expected..... awesome. Right price for the right place. Just didnt like that they charged for corkage on our tequilas when they dont even sell tequilas at that place. The place has a nice beachfront view. Got a nice pool (not heated though). There are some portions that need uplifting. Salty sea breeze will always be unfriendly to metals.

The view of the sunset and sunrise is picturesque.
