The room we stayed at is clean, air-condition and smart tv works well + house phone is convenient to use. However, during our stay— there were noises (construction noises) at the upper floor which is very disturbing. Also, we had a problem with out door's lock—it can't be open with the key card and we had to wait for a staff to assist us. I recommend having an elevator so that it's senior and PWD friendly.
for 12hrs standard room rate is 1,215 you dont have a privacy and security as the keycard are not handed to you, plus the room are incomplete without blanket and not neatly prepared. the room is tidy. WAG MANIWALA SA NAKIKITA SA MGA POSTED PICTURE NILA. EXACT OPPOSITE.
Just spent one night but wow.Wonderful place!Staff was sooo accommodating and helpful,smiles everywhere.Great food,fun rooftop bar with karaoke and spectacular views.Room was clean,sheets were fresh,Netflix,wifi.Lots of restaurants within walking distance and even a police station for you saftey minded...Thank you Ai,hope to see you again!
The room was good and comfy. Not enough parking Space. We booked here many times, Receptionist at Night is Good, But suddenly we are really disappointed with receptionist when we checked out at ( 2pm ). Had the opportunity to stay overnight. It was a pleasant stay. Room is very cozy bathtub adds romantic ambiance as it is behind your bed already. There's a wine, pasta and a dessert serving for two as their welcome freebie for the guest of the suite room. We enjoyed the bar at the rooftop. Food is good as well as the pulutans at very affordable price. Stay overall is a superb one..🤟
