I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a lovely ambiance that feels both modern and comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax. This was incredibly disappointing. I thought it would be good considering it has almost 5 stars. Cockroaches in the room upon entrance (even a dead one on the cup tray), stains on towels and bedding, AC unit was super loud and couldn't keep a consistent room temperature.
