Clean room, easy access, spacious free parking, and accommodating staff. ₱1,099 for 2 pax overnight with 11:30am check-out. Great budget stay!!

This is a good value hotel, 1300 for twin beds, suited our family of two adults, two small children. It's close to lleyte landing and the airport so fairly good location. Rooms clean and comfortable. A bit of noise from the videoke next door but it doesn't keep you awake at all, I'd suggest asking for a room down the back or one thats ends in an even number. DO NOT STAY HERE! The property and rooms are dirty, and the staff are discourteous and lie with abandon. The prices for rooms here are way above what they should be, and the pics used to justify these prices on their website are NOT what you should expect to see in person. Rooms small, check for bugs, ants, ipiss. Front desk ladies, friendly and helpful. In house food is gone, pretty rough water system, hydrogen sulfide smell, the bathroom a shower toilet sink tightly squeezed together, make sure the drains are working. No hot water. All the components there for a decent stay. Lacks maintenance. It takes alot of requests to get the rooms acceptable. One detail, low fates. Low occupacy.

Ok...American Prospective Post. For a short visit, (2 days) max, this hotel would receive 2.5...Staff was wonderful, just wonderful.(They deserve 5+). Picked up from airport my hotel rep..ok service (no complaint). Close to airport.. The rooms are small but will support the need for a couple nights only! Hot water was available...
