Alberto's Lodging House

Service crew are very nice and accomodating. The room is quite spacious and comfy.

We’ve enjoyed our stay at Alberto’s BNB. The place is really spacious that easily accommodates the number of persons they advertised. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10, the communication with the host, Joy, is the same. The person taking care of the apartment, Lenlen, is with awesome personality, very hospitable. They accused us of stealing a cheap spoon, even though we hardly used anything in the room! We were out most of the time, and when we checked, everything was there. Then, out of nowhere, they said we owed them 150 pesos for a spoon that went missing. We couldn't even take pictures as proof because we didn't plan on using the stuff. And their staff? Terrible! Especially that guy who was so rude. Don't bother staying…

I'm not sure why this business is so highly rated. The room didn't have hot water, the bathroom door didn't close, the beds had tiny blankets & not enough bedsheets. Cockerels and traffic on the highway nearby wake you around 4 AM, and the AC blew directly onto the beds making sleep difficult. The security procedures are somewhat over the top, and the young man running the place seems a little curt and feed-up.

The place itself was okay and the caretaker was very accommodating. She prepared breakfast and packed us lunch for our trip to Laki beach in Mariveles. She even did some grocery shopping for us since it was a bit dar from the main town. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The place is nice and clean. Mabait si Mam owner and Lyn the caretaker. We will recommend Albertos to our friends. We'll surely stay again in Albertos, given the chance to be in Mariveles again. Thank you Lyn for being warm and hospitable.
