Warm, welcoming Guesthouse with good facilities compared to other accomodations in the philippines. AC, hot water and kettle included. Wifi worked sometimes, especially during evenings its unusable (which is most likely not the Hotel's fault) Pretty clean, except the bathroom seemed a little rundown and stainy. Great rooftop-area & good location near wharf. Extended a night & would happily come back, thanks!
very clean , nice quiet area, safe of road private parking, good breakfast, very close to lucap wharf and boat tours, tricycle was only 100 peso from the bus stop to accomidation. good value, nice roof top area with cheap cold beer (60peso) and soft drinks available. owner was very helpful and friendly. would stay again
Ok it is not a boutique hotel but it is good as you can get. If only everyone was as good. Good WiFi, warm shower, TV with Netflix, a choice of food for breakfast. All in a place that is loved and cared for, as we have been during our stay. And a great price compared to a hotel, and much more personal.
Quite hard to rent a motorbike around this area ! We found one in this tiny guesthouse even though we didnt stay there ! Fair price as well !

Local limpo sem bichos. Organizado. Somente chuveiro que saia pouca água e geralmente fria ou muito quente. O ralo do banheiro também entupia com frequência.
Malinis, maluwang,bago at kompleto sa gamit from kusina to toilet, mabait at madaling kausap mga tao, binigyan kami ng free breakfast kahit hindi kasali sa room rate nmin, tahimik at malapit sa pasyalan at palengke at higit sa lahat sarap tumambay sa rooftop at terrace nila. Highly recommended
