I reaĺly love the service of the staff. the sceneries and the view was very warm. the location was only less than an hour away from the cebu city which is hastle-free. the rooms was good and so was the pool. 9/10. would recommend
We stayed one night at Alta Resort and were very disappointed. The check-in process took far too long, and the room (2nd floor, Room 31 Saging Saging) was dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Not a relaxing stay. The environment felt off, the staff seemed untrained, and the room condition was far from acceptable. Save your money and book somewhere else. The resort is poorly maintained, and the service does not meet basic expectations.
There was a calm, natural feel to the location. The apartments were connected to a garden and it was full of flowers, making the environment fresh and relaxing. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.
The place feels run down, the staff are not welcoming, and there’s nothing enjoyable about the location no view, no atmosphere. Very disappointing experience. Poor maintenance, uncomfortable room, and unprofessional staff. There are definitely better options out there. I regret staying here.
