Great value for money. Nice range of foods on the buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Minus .5 star for not having a bar fridge. 🤷

Loved this place!! Staff is the nicest and everyone was super helpful and professional! From the front desk to the cleaning team to the security guard they made our stay truly perfect! The room was really comfy, mattress and pillow felt like a cloud. Spotless clean and good pressure in the shower (absolutely no problem with hot water).

This hotel is very modern and extremely clean. It’s about 10 minutes with traffic away from the airport and the hotel offers a complimentary hourly shuttle service to the airport. Very nice place, well located right at the center of Puerto Princesa. Facilities are good and enjoyable Jana and Judy at the reception are really professional and smiling, a pleasure to have such nice staff. Would 100% recommend for you stay in Puerto Princesa

The room was small and uncomfortable. We had a view of a garbage dump through the balcony bars. The air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be adjusted. There was no refrigerator, and the closet was very small, and nowhere to dry wet clothes. At some point the hot water became cold and this problem was not resolved until we left. Didn't get hot water for 2 out of 3 days of our stay even after multiple complaints in my room number 202. Other than that decent hotel with good wifi and breakfast and location. The restaurant staff even considered our vegetarian/vegan requirements.
