Great stay! Very accommodating ang owner. The place is clean, tidy, and perfect for a family of four. Malapit sa Pradera Verde Theme Park and very accessible since along the highway. Special thanks kay Kuya Robert for being very helpful—even assisted us with transportation to and from the park. Highly recommended! The location of the room is excellent as it is near pradera and the service is good, and we were welcomed with free snacks and juice. However, the mattresses, beddings and blankets have bed bugs. I wasn’t able to sleep properly because I’m itching all over my body and I woke up with insect bites. The next day when we went home, those insect bites I had initially got so bad.

Parking area is so spacious that our biggest problem was deciding where to park—too many choices! The staff was amazing, super accommodating, and even helped us figure out how to use the equipment in the grill area. There was a short power outage during our stay, but the staff quickly assisted us and turned on the generator, so everything was resolved smoothly. Place was clean and new and had everything we needed. Towels, shampoo, soap, slippers toothbrush, cups and dishes, percolator, was provided. Owner was responsive. Huge parking. Only downside would be the noise from the highway.

We booked this place via Airbnb and the host was very accommodating. The place is neat and we had everything we need during our stay. The place is for 4 pax but when we requested the host to extend it for 5 pax, they quickly arranged it to suit our needs.
