Utterly delightful, hand curated resort. Amarillo is real labour of love. Every inch has been thought through and designed by the owner. Everywhere you look there are hand carved pieces or paintings from local artists. We spent 4 nights on Dumaluan/White beach, out of which two at Amarela Resort. This was by far the best stay, and this property is easily the best on this stretch. Service was really good and authentic. Great pool with a beach view, great food, great beach. We did a one day excursion to see the Chocolate hills, the Tarsiers (monkeys) and the Loboc river. Highly recommend this place!
