It was ok. The shower is leaking, the toilet needs to be flushed a few more times before everything disappears, tv speakers are a bit low and I cant hear what i'm watching, also the wifi connection is unstable. But the staff there are really nice.
Their rooms were okay. But have weak signals inside the rooms. Some rooms also are provided with tissues and soaps but others don't. You have to ask at the front desk pa. Also ways to other rooms are like maze. 😅 And some doors (especially our room (Room Q) do not function well, I mean the lock doesn't serve its purpose because sometimes you thought you locked the door but someone can still open it from the outside.…
Very accessible. Rooms are a bit small, a/c is ok, staff are helpful and courteous. Parking is very limited but the guards make sure everyone gets a spot.
Pros: clean and affordable, convenient location, near in sm north and trinoma, safe place. Cons: no wifi, weak mobile signal inside the room. Good enough to stay for the night.
It is a very cozy place to stay and I highly recommend it especially for those people who are looking for affordable but not too pricey. The place over a rooms with a capacity of 7 per room and it is aircondition.

I stayed here for a week, their rooms are spacious for their price. They have a canteen within the compound that serves great food. McDonalds a walk away.
