To start with the positive: the Hotel does have a good location right across the mall and with plenty options to dine and shop. The lake view from the garden and some of the rooms is nice, too. Pet friend friendly and nice but i feel its too expensive since you have to pay extra for pets but there are no additional amenities such as a pool. Wifi is really slow but the room is clean
I had an amazing experience ^-^ The location is very accessible it is in front of Ayala Mall Serin. The staff are very accomodating and friendly, and plus point to the actual rooms and the view from the hotel is super worth it. Its like having your own view deck.
