We inquired for the supreme room for our guests coming from the provinces, terrible customer service by the receptionist - didn’t assist us and just pointed the room rates, not even smiling and looks like she hated her job. Should’ve looked at the room first before booking in Agoda. Worst place i’ve ever stayed.
