The rooms are nice, but relatively small. Sea view only on the top floor. The pool is boring by today's standards and smears a black tarry substance on your swimwear. The staff could not be persuaded to offer regular service on the beach or by the pool. Breakfast is mediocre. The lunch and dinner menu is sufficiently large. We had a fantastic visit to Amun Ini in April 2026. The diving is a good mix of muck, pretty reefs and walls. Not much in the way of big fish, but that's true of many areas these days. Everything about this resort is terriffic. Good diving, Friendly staff, nice room, Graciousness in all respects. Knowledgeable dive staff & operation. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Note to snorkelers, the ocean experience is fabulous for scuba but some snorkelers were dissappointed.
