Brand new hotel in Tugegarao near SM city Mall. Since the hotel is almost brand new, furnitures are spotless. For improvements thought: towels should be provided immediately. In our case, we had to request it. Toiletries were not available in our room but others have it (liquid soap and shampoo) The service was great. Staff were all accommodating and nice.
