Simply decorated rooms in an understated hotel with 2 restaurants, plus a rooftop cafe & a bar.
The room was great—very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the Superior Room (211) and the hospitality was excellent. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and worked without any issues. The room had good air conditioning that wasn’t noisy, and complimentary bottled water was provided. I stayed at Appleton Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The TV in the room was not working, the bed was dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The internet connection was extremely weak and unreliable. We also sent an email to the hotel regarding transportation/pick-up services, but no one responded to us. Good hotel, especially for the price. Big rooms, very friendly staff and a very convenient airport shuttle. The trip to the airport is 6 km and takes 10 to 15 minutes at night, when we were there. Location is very good with al lot of restaurants, supermarkets and outlet stores within 5 minutes walk.
