Very disappointing stay. The staff were unfriendly and charged me 480,000 VND for a toothpaste stain on a towel. This felt unfair and unprofessional. Every time we came back to the hotel, the staff looked at us like we didn’t stay there. The judgmental attitude made us feel very uncomfortable.
The only bad was they had a really loud event someone renting the rental space downstairs you can hear it on the second floor. Food was small but good good staff. Strict check-in time. The hotel is very old but very good. The pool was better than I expected.
Great place and rooms, the only problem was Bed sheets/covers have some big stains on it, which was a bit disturbing, place si clean, staffs are not that approachable tho, but overall it is good enough for short stays
