This is a fraud! We had a very bad experience. People, don't go there. The pictures don't correspond with reality! They are very old. The island and everything on it is devastated. - old and broken furniture, no repairs for many years - dirty shower and toilette - no minibar or water in rooms - no gift shop, no activities, no massages - they cut off electricity during the day several times so we couldn't use the air…
Do not book here. They will take your money and leave you with nothing. We booked and provided pick up information per the website. Upon arrival to Puerto Princesa airport there was no one to pick us up. No one answered calls or emails. After speaking with the traveller's police at the airport they suggested we get a different ride and try to sort it out when we arrive. We took a 2 hour taxi with our young children…
