Didn't expect my expectation. What was said thru messenger chat was different when at the reception/info. There are lots of insects in our room. I wasn't able to get enough sleep because of the bed bugs. Water in the toilet is leaky. Foul smell when we're already sraying in the room. Not recommended. The staff were not accommodating and failed to provide clear information regarding the rates and charges. When we inquired and checked in, no one informed us about the additional fee for the extra bed. We were only charged for it upon checkout, which came as an unexpected surprise. Better transparency and communication regarding fees would greatly improve the guest experience.
Location: They are one of the first resort nearby the main road so it is not a problem going in/out. Service: Friendly staff and definitely they accommodate our requests. Rooms: Not all beach resort has good water supply so its nice that they have a good one! Yet the wifi is also good!
A popular and accessible resort in Pagudpud. It has a spacious parking area, several huts/cottages for rent, and rooms for overnight stay. Much as we enjoyed the beach, the facilities, which aren't well maintained, were a damper. There's water for flushing the toilets but toilet doors don't offer much security. This will be our go-to resort, cheap prices with quality of food and service. It had the best view, without the debris from the recent storm. Will definitely come back for the cheap prices.
Helpful staff, nice location, close proximity to restaurant, water sports activities. Bathrooms needs improvement.
