We expected at least a comfortable stay, especially since the hotel was more affordable. Unfortunately, our experience was far from restful. Construction started as early as 7AM, with loud hammering directly in front of our door, constant banging of wood, and materials left outside our room, even during checkout. Average, not very sure with the accessibility. If you have a private car, it might be easier since you can navigate on your own.
Nice staff, pool is ok, not clean not dirty. Room are ok, bed is ok not good not bad. Aircon really old and loud. Not finish hotel. The shower was broken. They fix some problem I asked for like WiFi or curtain so Overall 3.5. if you in tagum for vacation is an OK place to go. They also have wedding all and other stuff. No restaurant provided. Have breakfast. I've been there for 2 weeks.
no internet. they placed us to far from internet. only one internet source. no hot shower. under maintenance
It was a very good experience. The staff are very accomodating and the place is very peaceful. Good for unwinding and also the pool is great!
I wont recommend this hotel because the crew is not approachable and also they are not serving properly. Only 1 CR for men available.
