Location: Ideal location for overnight and short stays. It was easy to find and the parking was convenient for those with cars/motorcycles. Service: The attendant did not ask us for anything other than him showing us to our room. He went up and checked the room to ensure it was prepared for us. Then left us alone. We book a garage room I'm a bit disappointed with 450 the bathroom door is broken, and I even saw a cockroach inside the bathroom. The air conditioner isn't cold enough, so I felt a bit sweaty while in the room. The bed is also quite noisy, and sound from outside easily comes in because the window is broken and can't be closed. I tried to close it, but I was afraid I might break it. These are my concerns.

Decent place. Had air con and warm showers. No bugs. Friendly staff. A little small and basic. Bring your own amenities. Sidenote: Raised by 1 star after visiting a number of other hotels and comparing. I would stay there again.

We book several rooms here every year for the Manila 10s. Basic, clean accomm at a good price but has hot water and breakfast is included. Laundrymat next door and within walking distance to food options and a mini mart.

Clean room. Good service. Good staff. Readily available.

Aircon room should not be a smoking zone...No Smoking Policy should be made and implemented...
