Accommodating staff which happily attended our needs such as airport transfer. Clean rooms. Prepared sandwich and coffee since we can’t avail our breakfast. Near SM 🤗🫶🫶

All in all a nice Hotel, location is good for the Mall and in a relatively quiet area.

It was amazing experience, receptionist helped us to book ATV adventure, we were one of the first to ride route to black lava, so it was really fun and comfortable Suites were crystal clear and cozy We were able to left our baggage at reception after checkout, so it’s really convenient to explore the city before your way back to airport

On the day of arrival, I reserved a double room on Booking.com. When I checked in, the front desk staff offered to change my room to a slightly more expensive room for the difference because the hot water heater in my reserved room was broken yesterday. Nice view of Mayon in the morning on their rooftop. Approachable and helpful receptionist. Good breakfast but small serving. My only complain is that the Aircon in my room is not cold, can't adjust the temperature.
