I had fear for checking in this place but it turned out ok. This building had guards. The guard made a call and gave me a code to the room. The room was spacious. It’s very nice but faucet in the bathroom had little stream. They had water machine but not working. The room was cool, no need to turn on AC. It’s my mistake to choose this apartment to stay because I couldn’t store my luggage.
We expected the worst since we kept on seeing bad reviews here, but during our stay our only concerns were: (1) there were no clear instructions for the check in process nor a reachable contact prior to check in. When we were able to finally get our pass, we were given a contact number specific to our unit, and she was alr responsive (we booked via Agoda). (2) the unit and the bldg itself seem a bit old, but nothing…
This property con me. They cancelled my booking today, June 8 at 8:39am because of no show when check in time is still at 2pm. Then they proceeded to charge my credit card at 8:45am. When i reported to agoda, avant changed reason to me cancelling my booking. I am now at the property and reservation will not even answer my call or agoda's.
The location is perfectly situated in the heart of BGC - it is near to everything from convenience shops, restos and even to places of business. The area is safe and secure.
