Axiaa Hotel

Cheap motel. Dirty. Location is good but the vicinity of where the hotel is sketchy. Not recommended especially for stay with kids.

Axiaa Hotel is very close to SM North EDSA, so the location is great if you want quick access to malls, restaurants, and transport. The staff are polite and helpful, and the price is affordable. However, the rooms are not very clean— my parents noticed cockroaches, and the cleanliness of the hallways and bathrooms could be much better. Some rooms have no windows, which can feel a bit stuffy. The photos they provide online are far different from what we saw in person. We were very disappointed with the room. At first, we were given a Twin Bedroom instead of a Superior Room—which was what we reserved thru Agoda. The staff were accommodating, however, when we got there, they were preoccupied with a distraught guest that seems to have a problem with their reservation. This caused the delay with our check-in…

Starting from the very beginning: - parking is a little limited, so if you come late might be hard - rooms are clean and spacious - toilet is clean - shower is clean - complementary breakfast was not that good, not terrible. Cup of coffee and longganisa. But it was served to the room once we woke up. Overall good, just don’t rely on breakfast if you are picky eater

Clean and well-kept hotel with a good location and plenty of parking. Very reasonable price. Room is spotless, and the bed is thick, soft, and super comfortable. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which is sometimes slow and often disconnects.

Plain room, plain doorway, thin not warming blankets, no chair, nice lighting, but not a recommended hotel.
