This is a great hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are totally fine, they have everything you need. But the walls are too thin - you can literally hear every word spoken by your neighbour. Also if you're on the first floor (rooms 107-125) you'll be right next to the housekeeping staff, they start at 6am, which means that's when you'll be woken up by their chat. We had a relaxing stay. Staffs are honest and accommodating. They definitely gave us new towels and complimentary water since we booked a 2 nights stay. Breakfast is also good. A lot of choices. We will definitely go back.
Really nice stay at Aziza Hotel. The swimming pool was super cool and a great place to relax during the day especially open buffet in the morning is just a next level. In the evening, the atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely, especially with live music—a singer performing at night made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fun and memorable stay.
Writing this review as I am currently staying here. It was only the first night and I cannot wait to leave already. Do not book this place and go find another place! We arrived here at 12 pm and the staff told us that our room will be cleaned immediately and prioritized.
