Worst hotel experience of my life. Nothing about this place matches what they advertise online. It was nice staying in this lovely and amazing resort. The sightseeings captured my attention. The staffs were so attentive with our needs as well as the owner welcome us warmly. Definitely, I would like to visit here again. Thank you for making our trip remarkable.
Roaches (Lots) in the room, toilet was stopped up upon arrival, shower sprayer was not working (hard water build up), light over sink did not work, springs in the bed were popping out. Works do not speak English very well. Seems as though zero maintenance or upkeep on the facilities has been done. No cook or manager on site around the lunch time or at check in.
The hotel's location is amazing, right by beautiful beaches with clear blue water and golden sand. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore is so refreshing.
