Last minute but was very pleased with our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was nice and clean with a smart TV, toiletries, and a rocking chair on the balcony. The included breakfast was yummy and a good way to start our day. Would definitely stay here again.
We’re an Irish couple, and we stayed at Backdoor Villa for almost 3 weeks, while we surfed. Location was perfect for surfing the various breaks on the beach and also for access to restaurants. Communal area was nice and was sociable. We had a delicious breakfast every morning cooked by Jean. The manager, Chelsie, was an absolute star, so friendly, and went out of her way to look after us. We stayed few nights in this villa and really enjoyed it. It’s walkable to the main surfing area and all the good restaurants. They have board games and cards to play with and spacious common area. The staff were all helpful and friendly, specially Chelsie. It was our first time in Baler and would definitely stay here again when we come back.
Loved our stay here on our first time to Baler. It was great that it’s not on the beach, but still just steps away from the best eats, cafes, and waves. Stayed at room #8 and had a breezy balcony overlooking the property. Breakfast was hearty and loved that there were plenty of cool nooks and spaces to read, relax and catch your breath all around the villa.
I thought all the while I rented a villa with a room with 2 beds and that I can cook my own food. That’s why I was wondering about sharing a common place with other guests🤔🧐. Great place and good price. They accept early check-in at 200 per hour but they gave us discount and allowed early check-in for 150 an hour. They also recommended where to hire motorcycles. Great service
