The hotel staff, especially Kenneth and Supervisor Catherine did everything they can to make my stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. The staff is very hospitable to the guest. Nice pool, great drinks, and good food.

I would easily give it a 5 star but there were some minor things to take into consideration. It is very modern with electric key locks, has warm water to shower, and the overall setup was great with a couple minor issues. Asian appetite restaurant not worth it. Had to wait 1hr 30mins to be served and the foods were served bloody and frozen, they also had to ask us to cancel a meal last minute because they said the beef was still frozen. After dinner, we had to ask multiple times for the receipt it took 30mins. The staffs were not accommodating and when asked, they don’t seem confident. Not worth the price
