Bali-Bali Beach Resort

Rooms are ok TV not working, no hot water. Service and staff very friendly. The premises were nice, but tiles around pool were very slippery. The beach was disgusting and full of garbage.

The hotel wasn’t that bad—but it isn’t that good either. (To the management, I hope you read this so you can improve your resort.) The manager was kind, and they even let us check in early at 10 AM, even though our check-in time was supposed to be at 2 PM. That was very much appreciated. First off, I must say the place was quit, relaxing and the rooms were spacious and great. Now the not-so-great part. Reservations were not listed when we got there. Check-in was 2pm and they were still making the rooms at 3pm. There was no gate guard available every time we wanted to leave or enter the resort. Staff were generally nice but Bali-Bali is overpriced and understaffed, and engages in ILLEGAL business activity. They neither honored the senior citizen discount for the hotel (against RA 9994) nor did they issue any form of OR or sales invoice for our stay and the meal we had (against RA 11976).
