We had a wonderful stay at Banaue Homestay - if you’re in Banaue and on a budget, this is the place to stay. Beatriz, the owner, is so friendly and helpful we felt right at home in her home. Booking directly was very easy through WhatsApp and Beatriz was able to organise us a 2D 1N trek tour for the day after our arrival which was fantastic and a highlight of our trip. The price was also very reasonable compared to…

A perfect place for a perfect stay in Banaue. It is near Batad and the woman running the place is sweet, welcoming, always smiling and laughing. The common rooms are cleaned everyday, you even have a small balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning. You can arrange a trek of 2 to 3 days to see rice fields around and in Batad. Our guide was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of our experience. Food is…

We had such a lovely stay here. It immediately felt like home when we arrived, they had even printed a sign welcoming our arrival. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and well equipped. Food was really good for a reasonable price. But what made our stay so memorable was the staff, they are so incredibly kind and inviting. Only thing was the roosters living right beside the building were very loud, so bring earp…

The warmth of their home is mainly because of their genuine care and concern for the guests. Banaue Homestay is the epitome of how homestays should be-warm, friendly, and homey. I was greeted with a Welcome Home sign with my name on a small part of a wall. Ate Beatriz, the owner, was very gracious when she received me from the doorstep at five in the morning. She offered me some coffe and we chatted a bit. We talked…

A fellow solo traveller I met in another town referred me to this homestay and she did not lie when she said that Banaue Homestay really feels like home! Upon arrival, you are met with the warm smile of ate Beatriz, the lovely host and home cook of the house! She gave me and my partner two room options at a very reasonable price. The rooms offered can accomodate two people but all I care is that I can see the terrac…

Nestled in the scenic highlands of Ifugao, Banaue Homestay offers more than just a place to sleep. It's a warm embrace of home, culture, and community. From the moment you arrive you will love the view of the rice Terraces from the balcony and windows of the room. But what truly makes this homestay special is the genuine honey vibe that wraps around you like a soft blanket. The rooms are simple yet comfortable. The…

At Banaue Homestay I stayed one night and ate dinner. The curry chicken was very tasty. All rooms have a shared bathroom down the hallway. As typical in Philippines there is nothing separating the shower area from where the toilet is. The place is very clean which gives it more stars. It is rustic giving hostel vibes in harmony with the area. Bed has a futon type mattress. The owner is a lifelong resident, very swee…
