Having stayed in many different rooms in this building I learned from a host that ALL of the rooms have roaches. Do not book here, there are plenty of Scams happening through this location. I booked and paid for a room on Agoda. They tried to tell me it was over booked even though it says 6 rooms still available online. Then tried to say they could have me a room for extra charge but I would have to pay more than double in cash just to stay there. It’s a scam supported by Agoda as there many reports of this and no consequences…

Receptionist & Guards are very helpful. I think in 1500-2000 peso this is a good deal. In my experience i saw the room very clean & organised. You can find fridge, small kitchenette, A/C and a attached Balcony. it's nearby the red-light district of you like it or not, there are some restaurants nearby even a laundry on the corner and a 7/11 beside this hotel.

One of the most affordable place to stay in Makati city. We paid 1,500php for two walk in. Could be more affordable if you book online. 1. The room is big. 2. Has at smart television 3.
