Good day. I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay. The room was not cold enough even after adjusting the air conditioning, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the service was not satisfactory as our concerns were not properly attended to. We hope this can be improved for future guests. Thank you.
My Baby has OCD it was VERY VERY uncomfortable and frustrating we can't even relax at all, we can't sleep well and had to be very high alert for the cockroaches moving around. Not worth the price... Very Disappointed 😤 This was our First time staying and It will be our Last time staying here... we so regretted trying this place.. we had to sleep at the edge of the bed😭😭
The room was very nice and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was infested with cockroaches. I was not given my room key when I first arrived. Stay here if you really have to stay some place.
We just needed a room for the night and I can say that we enjoyed staying here. It was a Saturday night so I expected the price would be high but we got the room for only 760 pesos for 12 hours. The room is clean and spacious despite the cheap price. We also tried their famous pancit canton and it was delicious.
