BIG Hotel - Mandaue Cebu

Decent hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet was very good. Had soap and toothbrush/toothpaste in the room which I did not get at any other hotel while i was visiting. Handled our bags well. And reconciled an issue with booking. The service was good. Had a nice massage in the room as well. Was a but noisy from other guests all throughout the night.

My parents and I are very loyal to this hotel. It's not a luxury experience but it's definitely an great one. The rooms are all designed thoughtfully, and are always neat and clean upon check in. We always stay here for medical check ups at UC Med, so it's super convenient and the place has alot of things you need. Hailing a taxi is easy as well. A cozy place with an authentic and relaxing vibe. The hotel has a beautiful terrace that is spacious and very comfortable, surrounded by a lovely garden atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful setting. They also offer a free continental breakfast, and the food is absolutely amazing. Definitely a wonderful place to stay

The 2 stars I give are purely for the staff, they take good care of the place and greet us spontaneously. But the place it’s really in need of a renovation, the toilets old things are rusting and the windows for the room are too thin. Stayed here for 2 nights. Front desk staff was not accommodating. The room is a bit dark. The towels are stained. They don't provide shampoo, just 1 dental kit and a liquid soap. We asked for a make up room, they didn't even give another set of dental kits and towels. We stayed for 2 nights and we used the same until we left.
