Customer service is bad, the servers are mostly all over the place. The appetizers (fries and carbonara) were bland, but the rest of the food was nice.

Overall high quality rooms and very friendly and attentive customer service. The pool is very nice. On the other hand, keep in mind that it’s pretty far from everything and there is no beach as such. It’s good for a short break from city life for large families with kids, but otherwise there is nothing to do there. Where to start? Path to the resort needs concrete to make a road, car parking is unclear. Next reception pay for this and then pay for that if u want to use the pool pay.. on the pool , the water was dirty take goggles if u want to save ur eyes.
