I had a wonderful time at BlueRock Resort. The standout was the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. A huge plus was the dining—the food was delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality and portion sizes. Between the great meals and the genuine hospitality, it was a perfect, stress-free getaway. I’ll definitely be back!
I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and amenities did not match the photos advertised online, which created expectations that were not met upon arrival. There were several issues throughout our stay. The bathroom did not even have basic necessities such as tissue paper. Visited 3 years ago and just stayed there overnight I don't think they've done maintenance since I was last there 🤔 But it's a fantastic location right on the beach. And it is quiet at night no roosters no dogs You will get a great night's sleep. The hotel is good but need to maintain well. The staffs are polite but I wouldn't say the management is really good. No WiFi working even though they mentioned WiFi is there in the booking, they never accept card transactions. However it's in the prime location, food was also good. But my suggestion is to find out some nearby hotels instead of this one as you have plenty of options available.
The main feature of this resort is its beachside location. The staff was friendly and the meal was good especially sinigang and kaldereta, and best part of it they served big amount of food. The resort's rooms might use some upkeep, though, and some parts of it appear antiquated. Wi-Fi was intermittent as well. Overall, it's a nice spot to unwind, but it could be better with some upgrades.
This place is the shadow of what it used to be. Blue Rock used to have a great atmosphere, good food, and a nice ambiance. All of this has gone. The floating bar is long gone, the decor around the bar is gone, the salad bar is gone. The whole “resort” looks like it’s falling to pieces and hasn’t seen any sort of renovation in many years.
