From outside the rooms it seems like paradise. Everyone is nice and the views are exceptional. A decent amount of swimming pools too. The rooms were a big problem. We got the Deluxe Horizon Suite and it was nice and comfortable. The balcony view was pretty, and both pools and the restaurant were close by. Everything is good. 3 things though, water in the shower not strong and takes quite nineties for aircon to get cold. Breakfast is good but needs more variety and better coffee. Staff were very friendly and quick to help !

The lady in the front desk lacks hospitality training. so rude. the other two were nice and very pleasant. the petite one doesnt know pleasantries and didnt even apologise when she overcharged me for one more night. If you are looking for the perfect place for sunset viewing, Bohol Tropics is it! The entire hotel experience was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. Watching the sunset from here was absolutely magical and the perfect way to end the day. Everything about our stay was just perfect!
