It's rather basic room. I stayed only one night since I was on my way to Samar island on my motorbike, long drive from Manila on bad roads. For that price and no tv and cable tv I probably would choose a hotel that does have it for almost the same price. I continued my journey early in the morning and left this hotel. I needed the rest though.
Rooms are a bit small and simple but they are super clean and new, and if you plan to stay only few days, that's a super deal at only 700 meters from center town
