Overall a nice stay. Pet friendly, Cool air-conditioned rooms, and has basic kitchen essentials. Great for big groups and family. Has beachfront access and spacious parking. Power went out but only for a few minutes. Caretaker said it was scheduled. Caretaker also goes home for the night and comes back in the morning.

Good points: Near from Mt Pinatubo Botolan Trail Camp, Beachfront, with Karaoke, with airconditioned rooms and kitchen, with wifi, house is nice, and private parking space. We went here last year for our leaders team building and the place is so exclusive and not crowded.Spacious living room and airconditioned rooms but what we most like about is the wide beach front.Also we enjoy hiking and trail in Mountain near Brgy Porac.When we visited Pinatubo this is also our starting point.So cheap na rin compare to other solo/exclusive houses in the areas.Definitely we will back.
