Burgos Bed and Breakfast

Very frustrating. The advertisment that they are promoting most specially about the free break fast has an additional charge. You are not allowed to cook because there is nowhere to cook. The TV is not working it is just for display. Bad place to stay in for many reasons: 1.No wifi service on farthest rooms, very weak Telco signal so you don't have choice but to go outside the building and look for good telco signal! Very inconvenient! Reported to the desk front but they they were bunch of stupid people, not customer service oriented! 2. The service is poor, and the staff are not accommodating or welcoming to guests especially the female front desk staff displayed a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. And their constant excuse is that everything is under maintenance. Worst experience ever!!!

We arrived during major renovations yet our overall stay is still relaxing & very welcoming w/ their clean rooms and accommodating staff. The location is excellent!! Seemingly hidden to be away from the daily traffic congestion but near enough literally just minutes away from tourist spots. Every room has its private bathroom and the toilets have their own bidet!! Definitely worth the price.ü

No manners people no disclosures of information.. if you're the client I highly suggest not here because you're the wrong when you ask..

Great place to stay. Though the bidet water flow was a bit weaker, and wifi connection is quite slow

We got the accommodation for only 999 but I was not expecting that the place was not good :( especially the comfort room... I am not recommending this to anyone.

Additional charge if you request a towel change daily. No cabinets. No free breakfast.
