Impossible to sleep here: Nice appartement with great view but extremely noisy. Loud music from a nearby club until 3:30am in the morning combined with traffic noise from the road that is just outside of the glass door didn't give us more than 2 hours of rest. We checked out the next morning and didn't stay for the 2nd night that I had booked.
