Their page was completely unresponsive, making communication frustrating from the start. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready. One staff member hurried to get a broom and started sweeping. The staff were not approachable. We were expecting a clean and comfortable accommodation considering we paid 11k for one night. We also assumed everything would already be settled since we arrived around 11 AM, past the 9 AM check-in time. However, when we got there, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Do not get the VIP package, you will ride the same boat and get the same food like everyone else. The only difference is you get a glass of juice and a bread upon arrival. Departure time got delayed by 30 mins because they need gasoline which was not prepared a day before. Lunch got fried chicken and dinner got roasted chicken which have uncooked parts. We were very fortunate to have been introduced to this epic place. The Sand was perfect and so was the water. Most importantly this little dude. A.k.a Richard and the kitchen staff was hospitable. I won't forget the service they've given us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
