Great service! The owners had water sent to us, there are sari-sari stores nearby - everything was accessible. All amenities were working well (washing machine, tv, microwave, aircon, ref, electric fan). Very considerate to have 3 electric fans in the living room since it’s summertime. Even got to use Netflix, prime and Disney plus with our booking at a reasonable cost. Thank you!
The price is very affordable and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable short stay. The place was clean, and the location was convenient. However, there weren't enough sheets for all the guests in our group - would be great if the number of linens could match the number of guests checked in tho. Overall, we had a great stay and Ate Minerva is very easy to contact. Thank you.
Stayed for a night. The unit is spacious and clean, with AC and kitchenette. Can accommodate up to 4 people. Quite neighborhood with easy access near the mall. One of the rooms has a nice view of sunrise. They respond very quickly and very accommodating. Will be back and surely recommend this to my friends, too. Thank you for having us.
The service staff were very helpful and accommodating. I just wish that the streaming services were easy to use on the TV, I was hoping that it would work but fortunately the wifi connection was pretty good. Overall good for a day stay! Thanks again
