Upon entering the room, I immediately saw small roaches. No windows, and not even a single tissue paper was provided (seriously?) despite checking in for 24 hours. No heater din! I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite paying full price, several amenities were not functional: the elevator was out of order and the WiFi was extremely slow. My room was smaller than the photos suggested. No toilet paper. (Seriously?) To top it off, I encountered roaches as soon as l entered. I will not be staying here again.
