Very beautiful spot but the accommodation is basic, no mosquito net provided for the room and also no towel provided for the shower. There is lots of litter around the entrance to the river that could be cleaned.

We decided to hike Mt. Daraitan and explore the nearby Tinipak Rock Formations and cave, and found Camp Irog — the perfect base for our adventure. For just ₱1500 per kubo (good for two couples), we had access to a cozy stay with common kitchen areas and clean comfort rooms. When we arrived, we were the only guests, but Kuya Jeff, their caretaker, still warmly accommodated all our needs. We loved bathing in the river…

Place is great and the accommodation of the care taker is good too, the place is not that bad although highly recommended to come during summer. We came during this rainy season and the transport was difficult because the bridge connecting the route from the camp is remove during rainy season

The experience in Camp Irog was one of the best escape from city life. Just a few hours from the bustling Metro Manila. The ambiance was very relaxing as you can only hear the gustling wind, the birds chirpin and the sound of the river flowing. The owners were very accommodating. Will definitely come back soon.

Camp Irog was truly exceptional. It provided the perfect escape from the stresses of daily life, allowing me to fully unwind and recharge in a beautiful natural setting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation and connection with nature.

The big cottage that we occupied is great. Clean with clean toilet and working cooking area. The sleeping area is great as well.
