Warm rooms in an unpretentious budget hotel offering a cafe, European cuisine & a gift shop.
Only 1 wifi router in the whole building makes the wifi very weak or nonexistent during busy times. Plus noise from construction makes it so you don't have peace in your room from 7am to 9pm. The room is not sound proof as you can hear people outside. Sometimes there is no water in the building. Only good thing about this is the location since it's nenear a lot of important place. Don't reccomend staying here.

We were provided with a better room, it was spacious but there was a hole in the wall and the ceiling of the toilet was opened. We informed the reception but they did not provide solutions nor were they sorry about it. The cabinets were dusty and there was a used toothbrush inside. Not accepting an online booking. Some small flies flying around and biting me which is itcchy. Needs more maintenance mainly in cleaning especially in the bathroom. Friendly staff and attentive. Price is higher than i had last Dec. Breakfast is fine but salad wasn't wash well. The good thing as well in this hotel is that German Consul is just down the building.
Great price for room. Can add room service breakfast for a few more pesos. Breakfast delivered to room between 0700-0730 every morning. Was my closest hotel with daily breakfast and WiFi to a medical Doctor I had appointment with. So it was vibrant with a downtown atmosphere and 24 hour restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were ok ,hot water,air conditioner,cable TV,and spotty WiFi unless in specific areas or rooms of hotel. It was ok ,but after y appointments were thru I searched elsewhere for lodgings..
I have stayed here several times over the past four years and have always found the rooms, clean, spacious, with television, refrigerator, desk, table, basically all the amenities you would expect in a decent hotel. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. I consider the price very reasonable plus a free breakfast is always included. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the price.
