What guests say
The family room is quite spacious and can fit 10+pax. We arrived late at night around 11pm and they allow walk-in guests. The location is convenient as it is on the same side as those going to Manila, perfect for stop overs. The only problem was that although they have a dining area, the cook was not around even in the late morning/almost afternoon, good thing we had our own gas stove. Overall, good value for money.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this resort. The room looked nice in photos, but in reality it was poorly maintained. The bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor. It didn’t feel clean or worth the price we paid. The service was even more frustrating. It took a long time for staff to respond to our requests. Some staff members also seemed uninterested and not very accommodating.…
The place is to small and the staff are not approachable. They always missing and it took several time to get response from the staff. The room is nice but the beddings has stain and the toilet is hard to pump. To much expectations but disappointed.
Update 2025: this is still our favourite place to stop overnight on the way to Bicol. The food is still great, people are friendly, but the facilities are starting to show signs of age. They need to do some maintenance in the rooms (aka door locks, faucets, bathroom leakages etc...) Original (2023): I've stayed there twice, once with my dog and another time with my partner and dog. Pros: - It's halfway between Manil…
Considering this Inn is located in a small town far away from any urban area, it is as good as it gets. While the rooms are rather small, they are very clean and equipped with a really comfy bed, good linen, a very well working A/C and even a small flat screen TV. Nice hot water shower as well. Both dinner and breakfast were tasty and the selection of available dishes was pretty wide. Staff are very friendly and hel…
Our room was ok but I would recommend to employ a plumber to do some maintenance work. Water was only dripping from the faucet. The two showers at the pool could not be used. Considering the room rate I expected a bit more.
