Best experience while renting in their transient haus. The environtment is silent you can relax. The staff are friendly as well and accommodating. There are secured and wide parking space. The food they offer is so delicious.

The room does not smell like rotten wood but is well kept. The owner and staff are friendly and on hand with the guests. The location to Crisologo street is just about 10 mins away. Car parking is big. I won't bother to go back to this place. It is very convenient 😃

Cheap place. Very clean and very accommodating owner. The rooms are prepared with 3 beds already, good for 4 people, but the rates will varies according to the number of users. I really like their honesty store.

The lady who runs the place is very accomodating! I believe she goes the extra mile for her guests. The wifi is sporadic. Our room's CR though had a nasty stench—smelled like canal so we had to keep the door closed at all times, and just get used to the smell while using the restroom. The beds were clean.
