Loved this place! No regrets in booking. Food is great, room is comfortable, and service is awesome. This is where my girlfriend and I spent the night for Valentines Day. My gf had a headache after our hiking trip, and one of the staff (I assume the resto manager) bought paracetamol for her. They have a pickleball court, swimming pool, KTV and restaurant with a nice overlooking view. I guess the only downside is tha…

Location is good but the place is old and most of the establishment is closed and I think the building is for sale or almost for close. Room is big but not clean and the curtains broken you can't open or close it so we ask maintenance to atleast close the curtains manually because it's hot. Bathroom is big with bathtub but no towels, soap, shampoo no amenities. The water is dirty need to atleast run it for a while b…

This videoke restaurant definitely shows its age. The equipment is rusty and the place could use some renovation. Some microphones cut out and the song system feels outdated. On the bright side, the staff are friendly and the food is decent. If you’re just looking for a casual spot to sing karaoke with friends and don’t mind an old-school vibe, it might still be worth a visit.

Place is not soundproof, end up sleeping late because of the noise coming from outside. People still playing tennis up to 1am. No receptionist in the night. No food available for dinner even it's only around 6pm. Not as advertised.

Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, this place is terrible. Awful customer service, the pool was filthy, and the staff don't seem to know what they were doing.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the actual conditions were far from what was advertised. The restaurant was closed with no prior notice, the pool was filthy and unusable, and despite claiming a 24-hour front desk, there was no staff available when we needed assistance. The room itself was poorly maintained lights were not working, and there was no inte…

Honest review: Rooms - not for elderly or PWD, rooms found on the 3rd floor. Single bed room so small, no ref, no water percolator, basic TV plus channels, old aircon but cooled the room enough, small CR. Fortunately, the room was clean. Not for claustrophobic people. The hotel has a small pool, and you will be embarrassed to use it because you are in full view of the Cafe Lupe resto diners through a looking glass.…
